Assembly Gang Press
We have supplied the entire line of assembly of water pump and fuel pump to Automobile Industry. The following tests are performed in the assembly line.
- Hydraulic press with load cell and LVDT is used for pressing bearing, hub and impeller.
- Wet leak test machine for checking the porosity of casting.
- Dry leak test using ATEQ unit and torque testing using servo motor with drive.
- Performance test of the pump.
- Finally in the Inspection table pump assembly is inspected.
